Project description: Bagatelle – Mall of Mauritius has been designed in a Mauritian architectural style, to reflect and deliver anauthentic island experience. The latest design principles have been incorporated in designing the 40 000m² enclosedsingle story landmark development. The mall houses 140 retail outlets, two food hypermarkets, a sixcinema theatre, a food court incorporating, contemporary restaurants and sufficient,convenient on-grade parking.
Manser Saxon has been involved in almost all aspects of the mall including HVAC and fit out works for the mall, Electrical installations and fit out works for the cinemas, full M&E and fit out works for Pick n Pay hypermarket amongst others.
