As part of the development undertaken by ENL at Bagatelle, the business hotel will consist of 102 rooms over three storey with all facilities.
MS has been awarded the full MEP package which includes the electrical infrastructure, remote metering services, firefighting services, hot and cold water distribution and HVAC services.
The shop fittings are being done by MS Interiors and consist of cupboards, beds and bedheads.
