La Balise Marina is one of the most innovative IRS in Mauritius so far with 113 residences overlooking canals, quays of the marina or the Black-River estuary and having easy and direct access to water channels and docks, with their own mooring. The development will include commercial activities such as restaurants, shops, etc.
MS has been awarded the electrical and plumbing packages, which includes electrical infrastructure, remote metering services, firefighting services, hot and cold water distribution.
