Fabrizio Merlo is at the origin of Manser Saxon Contracting Ltd. Holder of a B.Com and a MBA from the University of Natal, RSA, Fabrizio has over 30 years of experience in the management of building and allied services companies. Fabrizio has worked in South-Africa, Dubai and Mauritius and has managed various construction contracts in the Seychelles and Maldives.

Since January 2007, he cumulates the responsibilities of Chief Operating Officer for all the companies within the Engineering and Commerce sectors of the IBL group. He acts as Director on a number of other companies.

Fabrizio brings entrepreneurial spirit, strategic managerial expertise as well as conceptual skills to Manser Saxon, in addition to this extensive experience in the construction industry.

Eric Hardy

General Manager MS

Eric Hardy is the holder of a BSc Mechanical Engineering, University of Cape-Town, RSA and a MBA. He joined the Ireland Blyth Ltd group in 1997, and was appointed General Manager of Manser Saxon in 2001.

Passionate about his field, Eric’s background gives him an increased edge for all the M&E and Process Engineering projects of Manser Saxon.

Eric is an Executive Director of Manser Saxon.
