Manser Saxon Contracting Limited hereby invites tenders in sealed envelopes from experienced caterers to operate its canteen for a minimum period of one year and which may be renewed upon satisfactory performance.
1. The Tender Document is available on the website and at the Reception Desk of Manser Saxon Contracting Limited.
2. Tenders must be deposited at the reception at the address below on or before Wednesday 27 March 2024 up to 16.00 hrs at latest. The words “Canteen Services” should be clearly marked on the top left hand corner of the envelope.

3. Tenders received after the closing date or not conforming with the specifications or failing to provide the required details will be rejected.
4. During the evaluation period, Manser Saxon Contracting Limited may call for any additional information it may require.
5. Manser Saxon Contracting Limited reserves the right to accept or reject any tender and to annul the tender process at any time without thereby incurring any liability to any tenderer or any obligation to inform the tenderer of the grounds of its action.
