Manser Saxon Training Academy

             Manser Saxon launched its own Training Academy in order to further sharpen the skills of its team, and be more efficient and productive. The courses of the Academy are also offered the external public, to all those interested in the technical and soft skills essential to the construction industry.


Manser Saxon Training Academy will not only focus on the transfer of technical knowledge, but as much on soft skills and non-technical skills that transform a technically capable person into a productive and committed employee.


Aims of the Manser Saxon Training Academy:

  • To keep the MS teams motivated and make them more effective by strengthening their skills.
  • To attract young people to the construction industry.


The institution is registered with the MQA and has a wide list of courses. Technical training in refrigeration, air-conditioning, electrical, woodwork and others non-technical courses in communication, time management, management, labour law as well as training in supervision and team management are offered.


Manser Saxon Training Academy already has 20 trainers duly registered with the relevant authorities. Some of them are long-standing employees of Manser Saxon, as it is essential to ensure the transfer of knowledge, coupled with the culture of the company.
