Services

Manser Saxon offers facilities management services which can be divided into “hard services” and “soft services.” Hard services include M&E services such as ensuring that a building’s air conditioning or electrical system is operating efficiently, reliably, safely and legally. On the process engineering side, it can include the overall maintenance of Mechanical Plants such as water treatments plants. Soft services include monitoring of the performance of contractors (e.g. builders, cleaning services, electricians, etc) and ensuring that the building is maintained properly and regularly or training of key personnel.

To address the problem of increasing energy cost, MS Facilities Management can also develop with its clients a series of initiatives to conserve energy on the managed premises.
