Our people

Our personnel consist of over 1600 employees. We have an ongoing training policy geared towards the updating and upgrading of the personnel's skills in their respective fields. This training also includes the strengthening of skills as varied as supervisory, communication, finance, quality control and much more.

From the start, our credo has been to recruit good people, lay out the rules, communicate with them, motivate them and reward them. We have always strived to find people who would not only understand, but also share and live our vision.  In our line of business, passion for our work is essential if we are to grow as a company and as an individual.
